On a wonderful Saturday, August 12th, the Sea & Ski team graciously welcomed the community to commemorate three decades of exceptional boutique real estate service in South Georgian Bay and its enchanting surroundings. The day was completed with a fun barbecue and a toast from Sea & Ski Friends and family, as well as our mayor, the MP, MPP, Council, and members of the Centre Grey Hospital Foundation.
At the helm of Sea & Ski Realty stands Karen Cox, an esteemed owner, and broker of record, whose vision has shaped Sea & Ski’s remarkable journey for the last 30 years.
The day brimmed with heartwarming reunions and cherished reminiscences, the weather held off just enough to allow for a lovely barbecue outside of the Sea & Ski office, where Karen has been tirelessly working for the past 30 years to provide premium real estate service to South Georgian Bay and beyond. With the Mayor, MP, & MP present, Sea & Ski was lucky to share this momentous day with the people who have helped to shape the community in which we live and work. Sea & Ski was also joined by members of the board of directors of the Center Grey Hospital Foundation.
Amidst this joyous atmosphere, Sea & Ski seized the moment to present the fruits of their labor from the 2023 golf fundraiser – an event that unfolded on the sunlit grounds of Highland Glen Golf Course in Grey Highlands, on July 14th. The collective benevolence of this gathering translated into an awe-inspiring sum of $47,122.34, all of which will be devoted to the Markdale Centre Grey Hospital Foundation. Gratitude swells within Sea & Ski for the unwavering support exhibited by the community and steadfast businesses. Remarkably, this year’s fundraiser surpassed the previous year’s achievement, amassing over $38,000.
The success of this event, vital to our mission, owes immeasurably to the exceptional generosity of our esteemed major sponsors.
