Explore Studio Art Tours
The Beaver Valley and Blue Mountains are filled to the brim with extraordinary artistic talent and one of the best ways to get out and see it for yourself is with local studio tours.
In the fall, the Autumn Leaves Studio Tour takes place every year featuring artists from all across Grey County with a high concentration in Markdale, Flesherton and the Beaver
Valley. This year, the tour is being held September 30th to October 2nd, 2022 and is completely free to the public. As a participant, you are welcomed into the artists homes
and private studios to view different mediums of art such as photography, ceramics, watercolours, acrylics and oils, wood, metal, fiber art and more. One of our favourite
stops is Sourceworks Ceramics in Rocklyn. This is another great way to not only see beautiful art but the beautiful scenery as well!
Other artists include Christine Fry and Ofra Svorai in Kimberly, Robert Pointer in Eugenia and Old Soul in Walters Falls.
Make it a weekend getaway, and experience the beautiful country roads and this amazing network of Canadian art.
The Autumn Leaves Studio Tour has a few spaces available for new studios on this year’s tour. If you are an artist within the tour area and are interested, contact Ofra atofra@ofravorai.com
As all studios are located on private property, please remember to respect each studio’s recommendations regarding masks, hand sanitation and occupancy limits.
