Karen’s great people skills coupled with her keen sense of ‘client needs’ are what makes her stand out in our profession.

Russell Severnuk, Sales Representative

Russ comes to Sea and Ski with an expansive knowledge base that he has obtained from his past experience in other industries and careers. He has a wealth of sales experience from his time living in Toronto while working at Sprint Canada Inc. as Major and National account managers. During the early 1990’s, he honed a variety of skills that made him the number one sales person across Canada.

Kelly Kinghan, Marketing Manager

Born and raised locally, Kelly brings a variety of skills and experience to Sea & Ski team.In 2007, Kelly obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor®. In addition to being an asset to the team as an agent, Kelly is also the head of our Marketing department where she looks after our numerous websites, advertising, photos and high definition video tours.

Susan I. Welsh, Sales Representative

Growing up, getting married, and raising her family in the Flesherton area makes Susan Welsh your area and Real Estate expert. While raising her daughter, she took administration courses which led her to being offered a job at the real estate board in Hanover (RAGBOS) where she spent the next 2.5 years. There, she found her love of houses and property. 12 years of real estate administration in various offices later, coupled with her knowledge of the area, she decided to go to the next level: becoming a Realtor. Susan has been a Realtor for the past 4 years and looks forward to many more.
