Growing up, getting married, and raising her family in the Flesherton area makes Susan Welsh your area and Real Estate expert. Susan grew up with 3 siblings north east of Flesherton, and attended Grey Highlands Secondary School in Flesherton where, after graduating, she met her husband of 41 years. While raising her daughter, she took administration courses which led her to being offered a job at the real estate board in Hanover (RAGBOS) where she spent the next 2.5 years. There, she found her love of houses and property. 12 years of real estate administration in various offices later, coupled with her knowledge of the area, she decided to go to the next level: becoming a Realtor. Susan has been a Realtor for the past 4 years and looks forward to many more.

You can find her baking and making her jams, jellies and home bread in her spare time or enjoying the areas beautiful trails and lookouts. Old Baldy and Hoggs Falls are some of Susan’s favourite that she highly recommends. You can also find her fishing in small brooks and streams, catching fish and snapping some pictures of her finds.
